Birth Doula:
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous support from physical, emotional, educational, support to birthing persons and their partner before, during, and after labor. A birth doula recognizes birth as a key experience in a birthing person’s life, assist the birthing person carry out their plans for the birth, and perceives her role as someone who is nurturing and protecting the birthing person’s experience and memory of their birth experience.

Diamond Package
$1350
You’ll receive 3 prenatal meetings that include going over your birth plan and preferences, expectations, and comfort measures as well as postpartum preparation and breast/chest feeding education and support. You’ll also have on-call support for any questions or concerns you have. You’ll be provided labor and birth support at your birth place and 1-2 hours post natal support. Beyond labor and birth, this package includes 2 postpartum visits. Additional postpartum support is available at an hourly rate.
Emerald Package
$1100
You’ll receive 2 prenatal meetings that includes going over your birth plan and preferences, expectations, and comfort measures as well as on-call support. You’ll be provided labor and birth support at your birth place or home and up to 1-2 hours post natal support. Beyond labor and birth, this package includes 1 postpartum visits. Additional postpartum support is available at an hourly rate.
Ruby Package (virtual)
$750
All consulting and visits will be done virtually. Get answers to your questions about medical interventions, birth options, assistance with a birth plan, comfort measures. All questions can be answered during a virtual session if you are unsure if you would like to hire an in-person doula and would like assistance on birthing topics online. This does not include virtual support during labor and birth but can be added at an additional cost.
Birth Planning Session
$100
This 1-hour session helps answer questions you may have about the kind of birth experience you desire. We’ll discuss all the available options to you, center your values and wishes in creating your birth plan, and coach and support you to advocate for yourself and your own birth desires.
